The AO1 Foundation prides itself in providing a variety of quality products to our donors. However, if a product does not fit, is damaged when it arrives, or doesn’t meet expectations, we can help facilitate an exchange or return.
Please follow the steps below if a return or exchange is needed:
- Step 1: Make sure the product or item is unworn or unused. Also, make sure the item was ordered within 30 days of the desired return. The AO1 Foundation will only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of an order.
- Step 2: Mail the item or items back to the following address:

Please include the order number on the outside or inside of the box. Also note that the AO1 Foundation does not pay for return shipping, unless the wrong item was delivered or damaged/faulty upon arrival.
Step 3: When the item is received and reviewed, AO1 will issue a refund. If you are exchanging an item, AO1 recommends purchasing the correct item as soon as possible while supplies last.
