Mission & Vision

MISSION STATEMENT:

“Uplifting individuals and communities around the world by demonstrating God’s love for His people.”

MINISTRIES:

THY KINGDOM CRUMB

Through the use of food distribution, community outreach, and Kingdom relationships, Thy Kingdom Crumb (TKC) exists to “Demonstrate the love of God and to infuse His hope by feeding all people and uplifting communities.” By freely distributing quality food with excellence, it is our goal to help all people experience the unconditional love of God in a tangible manner. TKC aims to identify various needs and opportunities within communities to better facilitate care.

OUTDOOR MINISTRY

The Outdoor Ministry aims to serve those with physical challenges, life-threatening illnesses (past and present), and the underserved in order to “Foster a genuine passion for outdoor activities and bring people closer to God through discipleship.” This is accomplished by providing various hunting and fishing experiences and through Camp Conquerors, an outdoor youth program with curriculum designed to develop outdoor skills, improve self-worth, and establish healthy relationships.

HAITI SPORTS COMPLEX

By impacting over 15,000 children per year, the Haiti Sports Complex is “A partnership to bring hope to a nation through sport.” This facility will provide an opportunity for children to develop physical abilities, foster teamwork, learn interpersonal skills, cope with stress, and grow in responsibility to become men and women of integrity. It is through this partnership that the AO1 Foundation will continue to help fund, maintain, and run the Haiti Sports Complex.

WHAT WE BELIEVE:

We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He lived a sinless, human life and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all humanity by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days. It is through our faith in Him that we are saved.

“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” Romans 10:9-10

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

We believe that everyone should experience God’s life-changing love. Through our ministries, we look for opportunities to introduce people to Jesus by demonstrating love, providing support and offering resources.

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” John 13:34

“We love because he first loved us.” 1 John 4:19

We believe we are all uniquely gifted to serve others. Through our service, we will demonstrate God’s love for His people. For even Jesus came not to be served, but to serve others.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
 1 Peter 4:10

“Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:28

We believe we can do exceedingly more with others than we can do alone. Through our ministries, we strive to offer positive relationships and resources to build uplifting communities.

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” Psalm 133:1

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” Romans 12:4-5
