The AO1 Foundation purchased a new, 26-foot food truck to expand Thy Kingdom Crumb to Indianapolis shortly after Carson’s arrival. A custom kitchen was installed in the truck’s interior before it was wrapped in its bright blue design.
Three staff members joined AO1 to oversee and execute the operation of Thy Kingdom Crumb in Indianapolis, including a professionally trained chef tasked with creating and preparing a menu to serve a diverse audience.
Thy Kingdom Crumb began serving in Indianapolis and the surrounding communities on November 9, 2021, at Wheeler Mission Ministries. TKC has formed relationships with several kingdom-minded organizations in the area to reach as many people as possible.
As part of each run, the staff and volunteers of TKC engage in conversations with and distribute free resources to those they serve. These materials are designed to help people grow in their walk with the Lord regardless of where they stand.
marion county juvenile detention center
In December 2021, Thy Kingdom Crumb partnered with the Indianapolis Colts to serve at the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, none of the children could see their families over the holidays.
TKC served them a hot meal, delivered gifts and shared a message of love and hope with them. We also donated $2,500 to the detention center to renovate their life skills classroom.
Our greatest calling is to remind people that they are seen, loved and valued regardless of the circumstances they face.
